Here you can find tips and helpful articles/documents that give advice on running and healthy lifestyle and running habits. I have also posted motivational speeches and lectures that should give some inspiration all around as well. There is also a list of what you should have in order to be prepared for the cross country season.

What do I need for CC?

1) a good pair of running shoes (shoes only last 300-400 miles/about 3-4 months).

2) a watch which you can time your own splits during training runs.

3) a notebook (3 ring binder) this will become your running "log-book."

4) shorts & t-shirt (any will do, we do not have a specific workout uniform)

*note: i-pods & phones are NOT permitted for CC training!!!
